Refund policy

At Bouquet Fragrances, we have a 15-day return policy, giving you 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at bouquetfragnance@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on sending your package. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and certain personal care products. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For questions about specific items, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the current item and, once approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
